Reviews

"A much clearer, sympathetic read than your average guidebook, it provides an all important reality check!" - A Place in the Sun magazine

Visisted Ireland two weeks ago and this book was entirely correct in every aspect. Only problem is that it was published in 2009 so quite out of date. However, the information contained was correct at the time. Many things including the economy and jobs/housing have changed for the worse. Would reccomend as a base but should obtain more up to date economic information if thinking of living there. - Jan Richardson, Amazon

This book pretty much covers everything. I do not regret purchasing it. I am Irish and hoping to move to Ireland in the near future. The book covers everything of how to gain citizenship, careers, where to live, cultural background, medical care, renting or purchasing a home. etc. One important thing that gave me a great deal of information was taking my pet with me. Being former military there are strict regulations on taking your pet to the UK/Ireland.I will go into a more indepth review of this book for you all at a later time. Just not feeling well right now with upcoming renal surgery. But if you are considering purchasing this book than please do. I have had the book for about 3 years now and still learning from it. It feels like a big encyclopedia of Ireland for a person wishing to move there. - Irish Gal, Amazon

Just moved to Ireland after a job offer and found the book very detailed and helpful. many sections in the book when some are valid and even save some time. - Ronen, Amazon

This book was more than I expected. I information was very helpful. I would reccomend this book to anyone considering moving to Ireland. - Amazon Customer
