When you purchase an electronic book (EPUB) we email you with an order confirmation and receipt, which includes your personal order number. All prices are inclusive of VAT at UK 20%. Orders outside of the EU will have VAT removed at checkout.

Payment 

Your card payment is debited at the time of ordering using Paypal Secure Payments. 

You DO NOT require a Paypal account to use Paypal - you simply need to have a debit/credit card or a bank account. Survival Books do not have access to your card details at any time, which remain completely secure with Paypal. 

Your payment details remains the responsibility of Paypal at all times and you aren't required to give us your credit card or account details (although our website is secure).

Refunds 

Please confirm all purchases before you complete them as all sales are final. There are no refunds for digital content. Please be aware of our strict no-refund policy on digital content before you complete your order.
